EASY ONLINE BOOKING PROCESS

Step 1: Check availability & travel fee.
Step 2: Submit online booking form, choosing any add-ons and discounts.
Step 3: Submit deposit or full payment (see below).

Wait for confirmation before sending out your invitations, etc.  I always confirm within 12 hours, usually much sooner.  Visit the Preparation page for great information about how to make your party or group event a great success.

The Party Package is for an unlimited number of total players, with up to 16 in play at a time.

  • The minimum deposit required to secure your event is $100 or the travel fee, whichever is higher.  No deposit required if approved to book by contract.
  • Multi-Day events typically require a $100 deposit for each day of the event - contact us for info.  
  • Credit/Debit Card payments are accepted through Venmo or PayPal only.

  • ZELLE(Preferred): Send to 540-435-6678.
  • PAYPAL:  You do not need a PayPal account to submit credit card payment through PayPal.  The charge will show as Ironman Sports LLC on your statement. 
  • Since most of the parties and events only require a $100 deposit I have provided a BUY NOW PayPal button below preset to $100.  For all other PayPal payments please use the second button which allows you to enter the amount.
  • You may make your deposit or full payment by check sent in the mail if your party or event is at least 4 weeks away.  Mail check made out to "Tactical Laser Tag" to Tactical Laser Tag c/o Rodney Brown, 11414 Isaac Ct, Hagerstown, MD 21742

BOOKING CONDITIONS

​DEPOSIT: Deposit by check must be received within 7 days of booking your event or your date & time will not be held for you. Deposits by PayPal must be made within 2 days of booking. Parties and events with less than 4 weeks notice MUST be secured by PayPal deposit ONLY.

TRANSFERS/CANCELLATIONS: You may reschedule your event for weather reasons as long as the new date and time required is available. We want your party/event to be a success and we'll work with you as much as possible on scheduling conflicts. We prefer to reschedule your event to canceling. If a reschedule is impossible your deposit will be returned.

REFUND POLICY: 5 days notice is required to receive a refund of deposit on cancellations for reasons other than weather.  If a refund is applicable, it will be issued within 7 days of the notice of cancellation, by the method that it was submitted.

WEATHER POLICY: Intermittent light rain/snow is acceptable and does not require cancellation of outdoor events. Steady or heavy rain/snow will require rescheduling or moving the event indoors. Typically, thunderstorms may pass through and cause an interruption of play. In some cases the party can be extended to make up for some of the lost playing time. If the event requires rescheduling and no acceptable time slot is available the full deposit will be returned to you. Rescheduling needs to be addressed before the Tactical Laser Tag crew prepares to travel to the event site.

PUBLIC PARK POLICY: Use of public property without permission is at the risk of the customer.  We cannot waive or reduce our fees if the laser tag is stopped for this reason.  Though this is rare it is worth mentioning.  We encourage you to get permission if using public property before booking your event.

TIP POLICY: Satisfied customers may tip the Game Master if desired. We understand that this is sometimes a matter of budget as much as satisfaction. If you choose to tip, you may do so by Cash or Check. Any tip added to the balance check will be paid to the Game Master.

RETURNED CHECK FEE & COLLECTION: We charge a $30 returned check fee if your check is returned to us unpaid by your bank.
